Project Overview
This project delivered a comprehensive interior reconfiguration and luxury upgrade of a residential villa in Amarynthos. The core of the renovation was centered around optimizing the living spaces to create a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
The scope of work included the demolition of old interior partitions, installation of new underfloor heating systems, custom plasterboard ceilings with integrated led profiles, and premium kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Special care was given to the custom carpentry works, designed to meet the client's high aesthetic expectations.
Supervised closely by our mechanical and architectural engineering team, the renovation showcases how combining technical precision with premium quality materials results in a highly functional, contemporary living space.
