This project involved the complete exterior renovation of a two-storey residential villa, undertaken from an early construction stage through to final delivery. The scope of work covered structural and facade works, pool construction and finishing, exterior landscaping, and full site coordination.
The finished result demonstrates a significant transformation — from a raw, unfinished structure with scaffolding to a polished luxury villa with clean white facades, glass-fenced pool, exterior lighting, and mature landscaping.
All works were carried out under continuous on-site supervision by the OCS engineering and construction team, ensuring quality control at every stage of the project.
